Sinking In is a progressive training of attention, where you learn to direct your awareness toward a quality of unconditional okayness that is easy to overlook.

Through one simple daily practice, integrated into everyday life, you begin to cultivate greater peace, steadiness, clarity, and ease — regardless of external circumstances.

This course is not about escaping life. It is about learning how to meet life with less reactivity, less urgency, and more presence.
